How long will it take to ship my order?
When you purchase from Moss Rose Studio, it takes approximately 7 business days to process from the date of your order. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via USPS, which we’ve found to be a reliable service. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and USPS transit times.
Be sure to account for both processing time and shipping time when placing your order.
Please keep in mind that once your package is in the hands of the shipping provider, shipping timelines and delivery issues are out of our control.
Do you accept returns?
At this time, all sales are final, and I do not offer returns or exchanges.
However, customer satisfaction is very important to me. If there’s an issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out using this form.
How to care for your jewelry
Most of the jewelry I offer is made from sterling silver, brass, or upcycled materials such as tin. These metals are beautiful but naturally prone to tarnishing over time. This is completely normal and to be expected.
To keep your jewelry looking its best:
Avoid exposing it to excessive heat, water, lotions, perfumes, and harsh chemicals.
Store it in a dry place, ideally in a pouch or box to prevent scratching or oxidation.
Gently polish your pieces as needed.
Each order includes a small polishing cloth for light maintenance, but for best results, I strongly recommend using a Sunshine Polishing Cloth or Hagerty Jewelry Polishing Cloth for removing deeper tarnish and bringing back shine.
